Shipping times
Most orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners and typically arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on the item and your location. Some items may take longer during high-demand periods. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Returns & refunds
Because items ship directly from our fulfillment partners rather than our own warehouse, we handle issues through refunds or replacements rather than mailed-in physical returns:
- Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item — we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
- Item never arrived: contact us if tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days past the estimated delivery window — we'll investigate and make it right.
- Changed your mind: contact us within 14 days of delivery; refund eligibility depends on the item's condition and whether it's been used.
